RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS For the years ended December 31, 2012 and 2011 the Company recorded advisory fees from Chimera and CreXus totaling $64.5 million and $62.8 million, respectively At December 31, 2012 and 2011, the Company had amounts receivable from Chimera and CreXus of $14.1 million and $16.3 million, respectively.
