Related Party Transactions	Related Party TransactionsAs of March 31, 2022, affiliates of Conversant Capital LLC owned approximately 57% of our outstanding shares of common stock (inclusive of common stock issuable upon conversion of outstanding Series A Preferred Stock and outstanding warrants). Series A Preferred Stock dividend declared, all recognized to additional paid in capital was $1.1 million for the three months ended March 31, 2022. Dividends of $0.7 million were paid on the Series A Preferred Stock during the three months ended March 31, 2022. There was no corresponding amounts for the three months ended March 31, 2021.
