Subsequent Event	Subsequent Event On January 6, 2017, the Company acquired The Technologies Alliance Inc. d/b/a OilPatch Technologies (OPT) for $20.0 million. The purchase price was subject to closing adjustments and was funded with cash on hand. The acquisition and purchase price allocation do not meet the significant subsidiary test outlined in Regulation S-X Rule 1-02. Therefore, the Company does not expect the acquisition to have a material impact on the Company's Consolidated Balance Sheets. OPT's results of operations for the periods prior to this acquisition were not material to the Company's Consolidated Statements of Operations.
