Inventories consist of the following:

As of September 30, 2023, inventory values of raw materials, work in progress and finished goods have been reduced by approximately $7.6 million, $2.8 million and $62.1 million, respectively, by a reserve for slow moving and excess inventory, and as of December 31, 2022 inventory values of raw materials, work in progress and finished goods have been reduced by approximately $8.1 million, $3.4 million and $64.4 million, respectively by a reserve for slow moving and excess inventory.
