The gross carrying amount of core deposit intangible assets totaled

the accumulated amortization on core deposit intangible assets was

million, providing for a net carry balance of

$5.6

million. As of

December 31, 2017,

the accumulated amortization on core deposit intangible assets was

million, providing for a net carry balance of

$7.6

million.
