401(k) Plan	11. 401(k) Plan The Company provides a qualified 401(k) savings plan for its employees. All employees are eligible to participate, provided they meet the requirements of the plan. As is permitted under the plan, the Company has elected to match employee contributions up to $750 and accordingly matching contributions totaling an insignificant amount were made in the years ended December 31, 2021 and 2020.
