SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 11 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company has evaluated all events subsequent to the balance sheet date of May 31, 2019 through the date of issuance of these consolidated financial statements and has determined that, except as set forth below, there are no subsequent events that require disclosure. Real Estate Transactions In June 2019, the Company acquired land in Guatemala City, Guatemala, for potential development. No date has yet been set for the start of construction.
