SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 17 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company has evaluated all events subsequent to the balance sheet date of August 31, 2018 through the date of issuance of these consolidated financial statements and has determined that, except as set forth below, there are no subsequent events that require disclosure. Real Estate Transactions In September 2018, the Company acquired land in San Cristobal, Guatemala, upon which the Company plans to construct a standard format warehouse club. San Cristobal is expected to open in the fall of 2019. This will bring the number of PriceSmart warehouse clubs operating in Guatemala to four.
