[1] (3) Prior to fiscal year 2012, the Company contributed an additional $377,000 and $483,000 to Plaza Price Alajuela PPA, S.A. and Golf Park Plaza S.A., respectively. In September 2012, the Company contributed an additional $300,000 to Plaza Price Alajuela PPA, S.A. and maintained its 50% interest in the joint venture. In October 2012, the Company contributed an additional $250,000 to Golf Park Plaza S.A., and in January 2014 it contributed an additional $750,000 to Golf Park Plaza S.A., maintaining its 50% interest in the joint venture. The contributions were a portion of the Company's required additional future contributions under the joint venture agreement.
