SUBSEQUENT EVENTS [Text Block]	NOTE 12 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On March 8, 2012, the Company entered into an agreement with Union Bank, N.A., to increase the line of credit available from $15.0 million to $25.0 million. On March 15, 2012 the Company finalized the purchase of land in North Cali, Colombia. The Company plans to construct and operate upon it a new warehouse club that will be the Company's third warehouse club in Colombia and anticipates this warehouse club will open in the spring of 2013.
