Request for Suspension of Tariff Readjustment

     Companhia Paranaense de Energia – Copel, in accordance with CVM Instruction 358/2002, hereby informs the market that it has asked the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency – ANEEL to suspend ANEEL Resolution 1541 of June 21, 2013 with the perspective to deferral the application of the approved tariff adjustment index.

     We are concluding our internal analyses in order to identify the best means of applying the deferral to protect the Company’s financial health and we will present ANEEL with our definitive claim opportunely.
