On May 3, 2011, Radio One, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing revised preliminary results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2011 and announcing increased ownership in and the consolidation of TV One, LLC.  A copy of the  press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
