Related Party Transactions	21. Related party transactions DNI leased a building that was owned by a company in which Mr. A.J. Dunn, DNI's Chief Executive Officer, has a direct shareholding of 16%. The property was sold in November 2018. During the nine months ended March 31, 2019, DNI paid rental of approximately $1.0 million. On April 2, 2019, the Company's board of directors determined that Mr. A.J. Dunn no longer performs a policy-making function by virtue of the change in the importance of his position within the Net1 group and is, therefore, no longer an executive officer.
