PRE-FUNDED SOCIAL WELFARE GRANTS RECEIVABLE Pre-funded social welfare grants receivable represents primarily amounts pre-funded by the Company to certain merchants participating in the merchant acquiring system. The July 2018 payment service commenced on July 1, 2018, but the Company pre funded certain merchants participating in the merchant acquiring systems on June 29, 2018. The July 2017 payment service commenced on July 1, 2017, but the Company pre-funded certain merchants participating in the merchant acquiring systems the last day of June 2017.

The entire disclosure for claims held for amounts due a entity, excluding financing receivables. Examples include, but are not limited to, trade accounts receivables, notes receivables, loans receivables. Includes disclosure for allowance for credit losses.
