PRE-FUNDED SOCIAL WELFARE GRANTS RECEIVABLE Pre-funded social welfare grants receivable represents amounts pre-funded by the Company to certain merchants participating in the merchant acquiring system. The July 2016 payment service commenced on July 1, 2016, but the Company pre-funded certain merchants participating in the merchant acquiring systems in the last two days of June 2016. The July 2015 payment service commenced on July 1, 2015, but the Company pre-funded certain merchants participating in the merchant acquiring systems in the last two days of June 2015.
