1.Represents inventory related to Triferic raw materials, which was expected to be utilized for the Company's international partnerships. (See Note 4, Deferred License Revenue section). During the three months ended March 31, 2025, the Company wrote off this remaining inventory balance, resulting in an expense of $0.2 million recorded within cost of sales in the condensed consolidated statement of operations.
