Organization	1. Organization Vornado Realty L.P. (the “Operating Partnership” and/or the “Company”) is a Delaware limited partnership. Vornado Realty Trust (“Vornado”) is the sole general partner of, and owned approximately 93.6% of the common limited partnership interest in, the Operating Partnership at March 31, 2016. All references to “we,” “us,” “our,” the “Company” and “Operating Partnership” refer to Vornado Realty L.P. and its consolidated subsidiaries.

The entire disclosure for the nature of an entity's business, major products or services, principal markets including location, and the relative importance of its operations in each business and the basis for the determination, including but not limited to, assets, revenues, or earnings.
