8. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	Certain related party transactions for the year ended June 30, 2018 have been described in Note 8. Common Stock. In addition, a director advanced $75,720 to fund company expenses during the period. The advances bear no interest or stated terms of repayment and remain unpaid as at June 30, 2018.
