7. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	For the three-month ended September 30, 2017 the Company paid $6,000 (2016 - $3,750) to a company controlled by an officer of the Company for accounting services. The related party transactions are transacted in an arm-length basis at the current market value in the normal course of business.
