Subsequent Events	9. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In accordance with ASC Topic 855, “Subsequent Events”, which establishes general standards of accounting for and disclosure of events that occur after the balance sheet date but before financial statements are issued, the Company has evaluated all events or transactions that occurred after June 30, 2017 up through the date the Company issued the audited financial statements. a) On July 27, 2017, the Company issued 1,811,429 common shares as settlement of $126,800 in advances made by the director of the Company. b) On July 27, 2017, the Company issued 462,495 common shares as settlement of $32,375 in advances made by the former director of the Company.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
