Related Party Transactions	7. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS For the three months ended March 31, 2017 and 2016, the Company paid $6,000 and 6,000, respectively to a company controlled by an officer of the Company for accounting services. For the nine months ended March 31, 2017 and 2016, the Company paid $18,000 and $11,750, respectively to a company controlled by an officer of the Company for accounting services. The related party transactions are generally transacted in an arm-length basis at the current market value in the normal course of business.
