4. AMOUNT DUE TO A DIRECTOR

As of March 31, 2017 and June 30, 2016, the director of the Company has advanced $111,800 and $44,300, respectively for the payment of administrative expenses. The amount is unsecured, bears no interest and is payable upon demand. Imputed interest is considered insignificant.
