Related Party Transactions	7. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS For the three months ended December 31, 2016 and 2015, the Company paid $6,000 and $2,000, respectively to a company controlled by an officer of the Company for accounting services. For the six months ended December 31, 2016 and 2015, the Company paid $12,000 and $5,750, respectively to a company controlled by an officer of the Company for accounting services. The related party transactions are generally transacted in an arm-length basis at the current market value in the normal course of business.
