Related Party Transactions	7. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS For the three month ended September 30, 2016 and 2015, the Company paid $6,000 and $3,750, respectively to a company controlled by an officer of the Company for accounting services. The related party transactions are generally transacted in an arm-length basis at the current market value in the normal course of business.
