5. COMMON STOCK

On December 1, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company approved to issue 200,000 shares of restricted common stock at $0.08 per share for the rendering of consulting services of $16,000 in a service period of twelve months commencing from December 2015. For the three months ended September 30, 2016, all 200,000 shares have been issued and the Company amortized $4,000 to the operations using the straight-line method.

There were no stock options, warrants or other potentially dilutive securities outstanding as of September 30, 2016 and June 30, 2016.

As of September 30, 2016, there were 22,072,118 shares of common stock issued and outstanding.
