4. AMOUNT DUE TO A DIRECTOR

As of June 30, 2016 and 2015, the director of the Company has advanced $44,300 and $10,000, respectively for the payment of administrative expenses. The amount is unsecured, bears no interest and is payable upon demand. Imputed interest is considered insignificant.
