Subsequent Events	NOTE 9– SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On September 17, 2014, the Company cancelled both shares acquisitions with Everenergy. The Company will cancel the 19 million shares originally issued and seek repayment of the 1 million paid for the acquisition.
