Subsequent Events	NOTE 10 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On September 17, 2014, the Company cancelled both shares acquisitions with Everenergy. The Company will cancel the 19 million shares originally issued and seek repayment of the 1 million paid for the acquisition.
