Related Party Transactions	NOTE 3 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS As at June 30, 2014, the loans payable to related parties of $nil (2013 - $86,399) are due to a director of the Company. In the fiscal 2014 year, consulting fees of $66,676 to an officer were recognized in operations for services rendered (2013- $6,000 to an officer).
