On December 13, 2006, Hanover Capital Mortgage Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had declared a fourth quarter dividend of $0.15 per share on December 12, 2006, to be paid on January 12, 2007 to shareholders of record as of December 26, 2006. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
