Subsequent Events	(14) Subsequent Events On May 9, 2016, the Company’s Board of Directors declared an increased quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share on its common stock. The $3.9 million dividend will be paid on May 27, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 20, 2016.
