Subsequent Events	(14) Subsequent Events On May 4, 2015, the Company’s Board of Directors declared an increased quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share on its common stock. The $3.6 million dividend was paid on May 22, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 15, 2015.
