Subsequent Events	Note 10: Subsequent Events On October 20, 2014 our Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share. The Board established a November 3, 2014 record date and a November 14, 2014 payment date. Based on the outstanding share balance as of October 28, 2014 the Company estimates the dividend payable to be approximately $3.4 million.
