The Company maintains a 401(k) Savings Plan for eligible employees.  The plan is a defined contribution plan that is administered by the Company.  All regular, full-time employees are eligible for voluntary participation upon completing one year of service and having attained the age of 21.  The plan provides for growth in savings through contributions and income from investments.  It is subject to the provisions of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended.  Plan participants are allowed to contribute a specified percentage of their base salary.  In 2006, the Company adopted a matching plan which is funded subsequent to the calendar year.  During the fiscal years ended March 31, 2014 and 2013, the Company charged $181,000 and $173,000, respectively, of 401(k) matching contribution and administration expense to general and administrative expenses.
