Subsequent Events [Text Block]	*Note 10:* Subsequent Events** On October 25, 2021 our Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share. The Board of Directors established a November 8, 2021 record date and a November 19, 2021 payment date. Based on the outstanding share balance as of October 31, 2021 the Company estimates the dividend payable to be approximately $6.3 million.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
