our Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of

$0.27

per share. The Board established a

November 5, 2018

record date and a

November 16, 2018

payment date. Based on the outstanding share balance as of

October 31, 2018

the Company estimates the dividend payable to be approximately

$5.6

million.
