Subsequent Events	Note 9: Subsequent Events On October 26, 2012 our Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share. The Board established a November 9, 2012 record date and a November 23, 2012 payment date. Based on the outstanding share balance as of October 30, 2012 the Company estimates the dividend payable to be approximately $3.0 million.
