Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	16. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS On September 4, 2020, the Company entered into a management services agreement (the “Agreement”) with TN3, LLC. Pursuant to the Agreement, TN3 will provide NovAccess with office space in Chesterland, Ohio and management, administrative, marketing, bookkeeping and IT services for a fee of $30,000 a month. The initial term of the Agreement is three years, with subsequent one-year renewals. TN3 holds all of our outstanding preferred stock and is owned by Daniel G. Martin, our chief executive officer at the time of this transaction, and the sole member of our board of directors.
