Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions During fiscal 2014, 2013, and 2012, the law firm of which Lloyd Frank, a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, is of counsel rendered services to the Company in the amount of $1.2 million, $2.5 million, and $4.3 million, respectively. In addition, during fiscal 2014, 2013, and 2012 the Company paid $92,400, $77,000 and $72,500, respectively, to Michael Shaw, Ph.D., son of Jerry Shaw, Executive Officer, and brother of Steven Shaw, the Company’s former Chief Executive Officer and Director, for services rendered to the Company.
