Sale of Assets	(5) Sale of Assets In February 2022, the Company entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement with Pharmalogic Idaho, LLC, pursuant to which the Company sold certain assets for $4,000,000 in cash. The Assets consisted primarily of manufacturing equipment and a sublease acquired by the Company in connection with the previously announced termination of the manufacturing and supply agreement with another company. The transaction resulted in a $1,797,978 gain on sale of assets.

The entire disclosure for intangible assets and long-lived, physical assets used in the normal conduct of business and not intended for resale. Includes, but is not limited to, accounting policies and methodology, roll forwards, depreciation, depletion and amortization expense, including composite depreciation, accumulated depreciation, depletion and amortization expense, useful lives and method used, income statement disclosures, assets held for sale and public utility disclosures.
