A portion of the Company’s sales are made to distributors under agreements allowing certain rights of return and/or price protection related to the final selling price to the end customers. These factors impact the timing and uncertainty of revenues and cash flows. During the three months ended April 5, 2025 and March 30, 2024, the impact of revenue related to performance obligations that were satisfied in previous reporting periods was insignificant.
