Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (“JLL”) has announced that Gregory P. O’Brien, currently Chief Executive Officer, Markets Advisory, and a member of JLL’s Global Executive Board (“GEB”), will assume a new role as Executive Chairman, Americas Markets Advisory and will step down from the GEB, with both changes effective July 1, 2023. JLL simultaneously announced that Andy Poppink, currently Chief Executive Officer, EMEA Markets, will succeed Mr. O’Brien as Chief Executive Officer, Markets Advisory and will become a member of the GEB, with both changes effective July 1, 2023.

A copy of the news release issued by JLL announcing Mr. O’Brien’s and Mr. Poppink’s new roles is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
