The annual meeting of stockholders of Mettler-Toledo International Inc. (the “Company”) was held on May 5, 2022. As of the record date of March 7, 2022 there were 22,735,590 shares of common stock entitled to vote at the meeting. The holders of 20,789,230 shares were represented in person or in proxy at the meeting, constituting a quorum.
