Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 13, 2022, INDUS Realty Trust, Inc. (“INDUS” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend for the quarter ending June 30, 2022 (the “2022 second quarter”) of $0.16 per share of common stock. The 2022 second quarter dividend will be payable on July 15, 2022, to holders of record as of the close of business on June 30, 2022.

A copy of the Company’s June 13, 2022, press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. INDUS ANNOUNCES QUARTERLY CASH DIVIDEND

NEW YORK, NEW YORK (June 13, 2022) INDUS Realty Trust, Inc. (Nasdaq: INDT) (“INDUS” or the “Company”) a U.S.-based industrial/logistics REIT, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.16 per share of common stock for the second quarter of 2022. The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2022, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2022.

INDUS is a real estate business principally engaged in developing, acquiring, managing, and leasing industrial/logistics properties. INDUS owns 38 industrial/logistics buildings aggregating approximately 5.6 million square feet in Connecticut, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida.
