The Company is finalizing its quarterly report financial information and expects to file the Form 10-Q by May 20, 2008. It was unable to do so by the original filing date without undue effort or expense.

Based on information available to management at this point in time, management believes that the Company’s revenue for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 will be approximately $0.5 million lower than for the comparable period in 2007. This decrease is due to reduced backlog and lower margin business. Furthermore, based on information available to management at this point in time, management expects to report a charge related to obsolete inventory of approximately $317,000 related to a cancelled contract due to the Israeli Ministry of Defense (IMOD) implementing a policy in 2004 temporarily suspending the export of all Israeli military and commercial use products to certain Far East countries. To date, the Company’s discussions with the IMOD for reimbursement have not been successful.

The final version of this information will be included in the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for such period, which will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on or before May 20, 2008.
