Subsequent Events [Text Block]	(18) SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On March 4, 2014, our Board of Directors approved the inTEST Corporation 2014 Stock Plan (the “2014 Stock Plan”). The 2014 Stock Plan will be included in our 2014 proxy statement for approval by our stockholders. The 2014 Stock Plan, when approved by stockholders, permits the granting of stock options, restricted stock, stock appreciation rights or restricted stock units for up to 500,000 shares of our common stock to directors, officers, other key employees and consultants.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
