(9)  GUARANTEES

Product Warranties

Warranty expense for the three months ended March 31, 2013 and 2012 was $19 and $45, respectively. Accrued warranty costs are included in Other Current Liabilities on our balance sheet. The following table sets forth the changes in the liability for product warranties for the three months ended March 31, 2013:
