The Company maintains research and development facilities in California, and Chennai, India and local operations and sales facilities in Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Canada, and the United States. The Company was founded in 1990 in Munich, Germany and was incorporated in 1996 under the laws of the State of Delaware.
