Subsequent Events	12. Subsequent Events On August 7, 2017, the Company received notification that its insurance provider agreed to reimburse the Company for certain legal fees incurred in connection with matters related to a complaint by a former employee alleging, among other things, certain expense reimbursement issues with respect to certain executive officers and certain other employees of the Company, related investigations, the class and derivative litigation and all related proceedings. The Company expects to recognize a credit to operating expenses of $400,000 in its condensed consolidated statement of operations in the third quarter of 2017.
