Note 7: Earnings Per Share

Basic earnings per common share is computed based upon the weighted-average number of common shares outstanding during the period, less shares in the Company's Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“ESOP”) that are unallocated and not committed to be released. There were no dilutive shares at June 30, 2015 or June 30, 2014.
